Hello, Dear Customers! 

I sure have been enjoying fall this year, and I hope you are, too. It has been lovely. I took a short walk the other day and the weather was damp, but still very nice. There is so much color out here in the beautiful Midwest, and our village was recently blessed by volunteers who did a beautification project. The town is adorned with bright decorations and scarecrows to greet us. In addition to the beauty on Main Street, one awesome Eagle scout just did a landscaping project at our church, and that is also amazing. People are giving their time to make this world a better place, and I surely appreciate it. I just love small town living!

HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS There are so many classy and cute items, and I’m loving the holiday jewelry. The Starry Night bracelet and collectable brooch (it’s dated!) are spectacular.

There are bracelet and earrings sets with your choice of candy canes, Christmas trees or poinsettias.

I love our holiday Crave Lip Gloss Set of 5 (it has an exclusive of Sugar Cookie) all packaged beautifully in a blue starry night box.

For those of you who love skin care, there are two super cute Belief gift sets that are ready for gift giving (available November 9). Just add a bow and you’re good to go!

For home decor, I treated my family to the red and white carousel that lights up and plays eight Christmas songs (available November 9). Brin is having fun with that one already. 

SPECIAL EVENT I will have cash and carry Avon items at the United Methodist Women’s Mini Bazaar and Bake Sale on November 20th  from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you stop by to see me, you will be entered into a special drawing, and you can also spin my wheel to win a prize or discount.  The event is at Palmyra’s United Methodist Church at 122 N. 5th Street. 

Our holiday mini hand creams are under $2.

HOLIDAY ORDERS From now until the first week of December, I will be putting in orders every single week to try my best to get everything you’d like before it sells out. Local orders are due every Sunday. For those who order online, if you see something you really like, my advice to you is to order it as soon as you are able. 

FREE GIFTS & COUPON ALERT Currently, Avon is giving away a FREE Hydra Fusion Night Cream and makeup bag with any $60 online order. This will last until November 8. You must enter the code HYDRA135 at checkout in order to get it. It is a value of $35. I also send coupons out to all of my customers on my mailing list. Current coupons are for a free shower gel, a free facial cleanser, and a free blush and highlighter palette. These change often, so check your emails from AVON. 

CLEARANCE SALE AND FREE GIFT There is a clearance sale in the GOOD BUYS section of the website until November 8. Click “Sales and Specials” and “Good Buys” will appear. With every item you purchase, you will get a set of hand wipes for free while supplies last. There are some really nice skin care sets, fragrance sets, fashion items, etc. in the GOOD BUYS.

BLACK FRIDAY & SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY I do not know what this year’s online Black Friday deal will be from Avon (they keep things a surprise for us reps, too), but last year they gave away very nice gift sets with a minimum online purchase. I’m sure they will do something wonderful again. Please stay in touch via our Facebook group or my blog to find out. I will have a small business Saturday special for local orders that you are all going to surely love. Stay tuned!

HOW TO PLACE A LOCAL ORDER To place a local order for old-fashioned pickup or delivery, you can email, text, or call. I also have an easy drive-up service on Main Street that my customers find most convenient. We will arrangement payment and pickup when you call.

Here I am with Brin and his Outdoor Art Show that Robert set up for Halloween. Lately, Brin has been into painting scenes from Mexico that depict traditions and culture.
