Greetings, Dear Family and Friends! I send you well wishes from the 3 Hearts Garden.

Isn't it just amazing how much a garden can change in just a couple of weeks? Our lilacs are finished (boo-hoo, it always makes me sad), daffodils are long gone, and there are a few tulips if you look really hard. Now it is the Dane's Rockets having a blast all over the grass. I don't think we have ever had so many in our yard as this year. We do have some Dianthuses, but not as many under the Crab Apple. The violets took over a lot of space and have crowded them out, but I have plans for those violets. Oh, and we got Iris blooms just over the weekend and in time for my birthday. I love all my flowers so very much and am so grateful to have them. 

Speaking of being grateful. . . in appreciation to God for my life, I'm currently doing a fund raiser for the Northcott Neighborhood House in Milwaukee. Northcott Neighborhood House is a mission started by the United Methodist Church in the 1960s. (For those of you who don't know, I've been United Methodist all of my life.) The Northcott mission helps people with food, personal necessities, job training and more. They give hope to those who need it. Did you know that Milwaukee is in the top 10 of poverty-stricken cities in our country?  I love the Northcott mission and am hoping to round up  donations to go toward personal care items. Since so many of you kind hearts have come to the rescue with donations for deodorant and helped me exceed my goal of151 in less than 24 hours, I am hoping to use any additional funds toward shower gels and lip balms. Together, we can make a difference to a lot of people in need!

And now that I've mentioned deodorant, Avon deodorant is Buy One Get One Free right now.  It is a great time to stock up for summer. Our deodorant smells good and goes easy on the skin. My son had some issues with red under arms when using other products, but he does very well with Avon's deodorant. Wild Country is his number one pick, with Black Suede a close second. I love the Skin So Soft deodorant myself, but have been known to also use some of the ones that match my favorite fragrances - Haiku and Far Away. But really, the Skin So Soft Soft and Sensual deodorant goes with anything as it is a light floral scent that is not overpowering at all. 

I also would like to remind you all that there is an Avon Live Stream shopping event tomorrow evening at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. (That's 7:00 Wisconsin time.) While you don't have to be there at the exact time (there is usually some time allotted after the event to get your shopping done), you must be registered BEFORE the event begins in order to get the free goodies that Avon loves to give away at these things. Last time they gave away up to $89 in gifts with a minimum purchase. This time, the free gifts with purchase are valued at over $100. I do not know what they will be, but they should be pretty nice. There are also giveaways that you are eligible for if you register for the event. You can register here. 

Avon's Live Stream Shopping event will feature Avon's own Ashley McGowen, and I just love her. Ashley is passionate about fashion and jewelry, and she will have a guest with her to talk about getting summer ready. I love that through Live Streams, our customers can get acquainted with the great people behind Avon. Ashley is just a delight to watch and I'm sure you will enjoy her.

Campaign 20 - Amazing!

Dear Customers,  I can't even begin to explain how excited I am about Campaign 20! There i s vintage essence  to this beautiful book highlighting the year 1886, the year Avon started. That was even before we women had the vote. The beautiful products are just blowing me away. I'm going to start with the cutest A-box I have ever seen. The A-box deal is $10 with any $40 purchase. This featured A-box is a $48 value, so $10 is a steal of a deal. Look how pretty it is! Why I like it:  1.
